cutting pay if we don’t give two weeks notice

got this message today “Good evening Team, As previously communicated on this group platform, if you quit without giving a written 2 weeks notice (scheduled hours must be worked while the notice is in effect), or you are terminated for any misdemeanor like theft (wage or otherwise) insubordination to authority, excessive cell phone usage while on the clock, no-call-no-show *(thrice), lateness *(thrice), last minute call-ins *(thrice), call off without finding cover for your shift *(thrice), inappropriate behavior, treating guest or co-workers with disrespect, peddling unfound rumors causing damages to the reputation of the corporation/business etc…YOU WILL BE-PAID THE MINIMUM WAGE!” last post got removed because it was a screen shot of a text


got this message today
