Dad is a farmer and pays my sister more than me

I’m in school this semester, and my sister has three kids. I own a house and have a car payment, she has no payments, living on his property. My dad is under the impression that I will “just come and go as I please” whenever I am helping him during harvest because he’s practically begging for help. I said I cannot work Tuesday’s and Thursday’s since those two days I have school and plan on doing my schoolwork. “I need someone that I can rely on to be here when I need them” whenever she constantly came in multiple hours late or even just didn’t come to work last year, while I was there everyday. Should I be getting $15 an hour while his other child is getting $20 an hour? This isn’t the first time it seemed like he was giving her preferential treatment. What do I tell him?…

Should I be getting $15 an hour while his other child is getting $20 an hour? This isn’t the first time it seemed like he was giving her preferential treatment. What do I tell him? I’m not supposed to know that she makes more than me, and the reason why she’s getting paid more is because last year she was going through a divorce and “needed the money.” I live off of disability and only help during harvest when he really needs me, but I never come in late, leave early, or miss days. How can you justifying paying one child 33% more than your other child?
