DAE here lack motivation?

Don’t get me wrong — I worked hard for my degree (registered nurse), but was shortly burned out in the field after putting in all that work and realizing it was miserable. I’m out of patient care and am fortunate to make okay money (63K gross), bht I feel like I have no motivation to push further now. I just feel like the couple years I did of long work days/weeks burned me bad and I’m in this perpetual state of complacency. I don’t necessarily know if that’s good, bad or if society is making me feel bad about it (comparing myself to others).
