I would like to share this situation with you because I’m still salty about this.
I got my notification that my is gonna be 2450ron (Romanian lei). I was like what the heck? It was supposed to be more. I took a look at the details and I saw that the bonuses they give got cut in half.
Normally I get 550ron but I got 275. The bonuses are given for: attendance; discipline at work and work quality. Now here is the thing: over 80% of the workers that are not office workers did not get the 100% of the bonuses. When asked the team leaders said that there was a worker that messed up a product. Now because the company’s all for one one for all mentally because the guy messed up all of us got only half what we were supposed to get.
I know that bonuses are not to be taken as granted but I did my job and I did it how I was supposed to and had 100% attendance and got punished because of someone else’s mistake. Not to mention that this punishment was not even given evenly since there were people who got all the bonuses they had to get.
Anyway this bonuses are taxed so technically we get only 300 out of 550ron. In my case is 180 for this month.
This place sucks.
