Day off cycle

I’m going to try to be vague here. I work for a small company as a barista and I’ve been here for the better part of a year now. I’ve been working here since I was a minor and I’m barely 18 now. I graduated highschool a couple years early so most of my state’s child labor laws don’t/didnt apply to me. I’m just so overworked. Averaging 6-7 day work weeks and making OT before Saturday. I will ask for a day off weeks or months in advance, have them approved, have a coworker call out day of and then I have to come in. It’s not fair. I’m missing things that are important to me because coworker has a migraine or isn’t feeling well. This has happened every time I need ONE single unpaid day off. I’m missing things that are important to me because coworker has a migraine or isn’t feeling well. This has happened every time I need ONE single unpaid day off. No, my coworkers shouldn’t have to work sick but no matter how much I beg and try to negotiate they don’t come in for me which has lead to me working sick for weeks on end because I’m not able to recover. I’m so exhausted. I want to go be a teenager so bad. Maybe I just need to vent but I’d appreciate advice. Everyone says “just say no” but I just can’t. And I also don’t think I can just quit. Maybe I just need bootstraps or whatever the fuck and keep workin’ hard until I finish college. I don’t know. I need advice.
