Dealing with an aggressive customer?

I’m fortunate I work remotely and I work as an assistant. I just had a customer email super angry for something that’s not my fault and the customer went and left reviews on google and Facebook and included my first name. Honestly like what the fcuk is wrong with grown people. All I want to do is quit, this is the second time this week we got a client getting mad for something that I have no control over
