I had a phone interview this morning with another place, got the job and can start training next week. The only thing stopping me from calling out sick and quitting without notice is the hard wired “work culture” and the money I’ll lose from those shifts. Also, picking up my check in a few weeks would be awkward, but it’s such a toxic place…….
