Debating on walking out when our COO is in town

Some context: I work in the auto parts business. I'm the GM of a small store with 7 total workers and I've been in this position for about 2 months now. As of today I've been working for 21 days straight with no days off. I'm fucking exhausted. 3 weeks of 12 hour shifts with no days off in sight. The DM is essentially useless and has been stringing me along for weeks saying he'll get me a day off soon. Long story short, our COO is coming to town today and might be dropping by my store. I've been with this company for 4 years and have never been treated right. My frustrations lie with upper management but who's more “upper” than the COO? Long story short, im pretty much done. I would love to shake this man's hand and tell him his company is a fucking joke and…
