denied pay raise for another 60 days My one year review was due the first week of April. I finally had it this past Thursday. (9/26) My criticisms from my manager were that my time card needed work (i forget to clock in and out and it was an issue for a month or so) and that I need to 'slow down' She said after 60 days if i slow down and improve my time card I will be 'discussed' regarding a pay increase. First, how the fuck can you complain about an employee being FAST, and second, my time card was an issue due my own adhd brain and always having my mind somewhere else. I was always there. I very rarely call off… 60 days??? My review was already half a year LATE why not tell me 60 days ago??? She also told me she is “taking back”…

She also told me she is “taking back” some tasks i do to do herself. (I am inventory maintenance. I check the truck in, tag in, send it out. I am the sole employee that handles the receiving and returns for our co-op company. (The Helpful Place. If that helps you narrow it down)
What the hell?
She wants to rotate.. but then told me she's taking “back” half of my job?? I know for a fact she doesn't know how to do it. And she is seriously going to remove me from my post and expect me to train someone else, I'm not doing it.

I think I'm just ranting. Or maybe looking for advice on what to do/say.

How can you complain that a worker works TOO FAST? My work is not incorrect. There are rarely any mistakes.
