I was told I’d get a 50 cent raise at my one year mark.
They gave everyone a 50 cent raise earlier in the year because the economy got really bad, and that’s their justification of not giving my one year raise.
I’m thankful for that 50 cents, but it’s not on account of me working there for one year, so I don’t feel appreciated.
What should I do? What information should I gather before talking to my manager? Thanks 🙂
