TL;DR
Does anyone know about the company Dexcom, specifically their site in San Diego? Is there anything I SHOULD know about them before i uproot my life and move across the country.
I am Interviewing for Dexcom in San Diego and I have made it to the third round of interviews, but something seems a little off for me.
For clarification, I’m 29 y/o, male, living in Minneapolis, MN, working in the medical device field, and was sought out for this role on LinkedIn by a recruiter with the company. They said they are willing to cover relocation expenses and have continually asked me if I’m ready to make the move down to San Diego.
My hesitation is that 1) I have never been at the level before where a company is willing to pay for me to move to them, 2) I don’t know anything about this company and have no idea I’d they are ethical or have a bad reputation for shade stuff.
I don’t have any other justification for the “feeling of off-ness” other than that this company just seems very corporate.
