I’ve been a dialysis tech going on 8 years and I love what I do. The current unit I’m at I’ve been there for 5 years.
Lately I’ve been feeling like quitting every day I work. And am currently seeking other employment opportunities. I’ve been told by several other friends/ family in the same field that my compensation is very low, and not only myself but majority of others within my clinic.
I’m trying to figure out what’s competitive and what’s the average salary a technician makes ..
Any advice is appreciated ty
