Given the chance, your employer will work you to death. Your employer does not care about you. They do not care about the future. They do not care about anything but adding zeros to their bank accounts, and they will kill you to do it. In fact, they expect you to die for their profits. What reason do you have to do that? Your boss isn't going to die keeping a roof over your head and food on your table, are they? You are given just one thing in this world, one precious and finite thing. Your time. Take it back. Remind your boss of the true value of your time, and of your power.

Remind the world that it does not move forward without you. It moves forward only because we allow it. They cannot stop all of us.
