Disability Discrimination

So I got a second job and I have paraparesis (partial paralysis in both my legs). I was told to get a drs note stating I need to sit every now and then. ($25) I come back with the note and they say it’s “too vague” (it wasn’t) and hand me THEIR form to fill out. I bring it back to my drs (another $25) just to have him write the exact same stuff down but in their little boxes. 2 days roll around and my little breaks are not enough and I collapse during a shift. I then leave early to get a doctors note stating I need my wheelchair. (ANOTHER $25 copay!) I send HR this doctors note and they ask me if a stool is sufficient enough. No. It’s not. My note SPECIFICALLY says WHEELCHAIR! I am disabled. And now they want me to bring ANOTHER one…

No. It’s not. My note SPECIFICALLY says WHEELCHAIR! I am disabled. And now they want me to bring ANOTHER one of their forms to my dr so he can write the same thing in their little dumb boxes because apparently his signature on a legit note isn’t enough.
Now we’re up to $75 just to have my dr say “they need this”.
IS THERE SOME HIDDEN WAY I CAN GET THE COMPANY TO PAY ME BACK FOR THESE RIDICULOUS APPOINTMENTS?!?!?!?!?!
