Dividing Work Fairly but not Pay

I’m new to this page but I wanted to know your thoughts. My manager constantly wants to divide work “fairly” amongst me and my coworkers. It’s pretty clear we don’t all get paid “fairly”. I haven’t been working there too long and I’m young so I don’t have 15 years of experience like many others. I’ve talked to my coworkers too and many have said they make more or get more benefits just cause of their time with the company. Since I’m a new employee and get paid on the lower end, why do I have to do the same as others who get more? Shouldn’t I get less work? I don’t understand so I work slower. I mean my pay rate is based on my “experience” and I don’t have as much “experience” so I need more time on tasks 🤪 What are your thoughts? Have you reached or…
