Do Equitable Retirement Packages Exist?

My workplace is all about “increasing equity” (supposedly), but our retirement pay structure is 3% of your salary. I make about 1/10th of the salary of other people in the organization, so I effectively get 1/10 of the retirement benefits. Has anyone heard of a workplace doing a flat amount annually (i.e. $2000 contributed toward retirement, regardless of salary)? I want to propose this at my work, but I don't know if there are other examples of this I could point to. (Also – I am Anti-work, I also gotta pay the bills.)
