I just started a job two weeks ago, however, the communication has been terrible. Both owners have been training me separately, but they are giving me conflicting information and have been changing my shifts literally the morning of. I hate working there and it’s been really stressful. I know it’s courteous to give two weeks notice, but since I’m still in training it doesn’t really make sense for them to train me any further when I’m going to be quitting. Can I just email them and say I’m quitting immediately with no notice. What’s the best way to go about this?
