Live in Ohio and work(ed?) for a merchandising company. The company lost the contract for the stores that I work in and I have not been reassigned or even contacted. Haven't worked in a week and as previously stated, I haven't been contacted or formally fired. Just left in limbo. Should I file? I've asked everyone in my immediate orbit and no one has any idea.
