I’m just so worried about finding a new job in the future and going through what I did in my current role where I replaced someone who had been here almost 30 years so naturally nothing was documented and I had to reverse engineer everything for the first few months in the job. Are there still places that actually offer on the job training and not just plop you at your desk and expect you to know everything from there by day 1?
