The company I've been at for 10 years has under gone a lot of changes, not for the better. I do almost nothing now and spend most of the time doing crossword puzzles. I come in late, leave early and work from home a few days a week.
I've received an offer from another company that will pay much higher but I won't have the leeway I do now and will have to do actual work.
What would yall do?
