On my job search right now and I have done more than 10 interviews, more than 20 callbacks, and recruiters passing my information along to others ever since the beginning of March.
Ever since I have gotten virtual interviews, I struggle with answering open ended behavioral questions where I talk more than necessary so to speak when answering the question. How do you guys combat this and improve upon this? It’s something that keeps me from ascending further in the process.
I’ve gotten feedback from them to be more emotional and have more clear and concise answers. But what do you say?
PS: I have gotten an offer extended to me but I think I can do better but don’t want to risk losing out on this opportunity while waiting for others.
