When I was in my 20s I had a bully for a boss and the day I was gonna hand in my 2 weeks notice I was told to go to hr where they had me sign a piece of paper saying what a bad employee I was. I signed without thinking since I already had another job lined up but always thought back and wondered should I have signed that paper? Was I under any obligation to?
