TLDR; I minimally fractured my toe and avoided the doctor to avoid costs & waiting time. Boss made me get doctors note after everything’s healed and fine but doctor doesn’t want to clear me
I have two jobs as a host, both which I’m walking and standing. After 5 weeks everything’s healed, but doc is taking time evaluating it and manager wants a doc note.
I avoided doctor bc my foot was healing fine, and I didn’t wanna settiup appt, follow up, etc.) I could tell it was bad but just needed weeks of rest.
Well boss made me get doctor note after I called out for the 3rd week, it is fine now still more healing but im pretty much back to normal
The annoying thing is I have another job that did not bother to ask bc they saw me limping, and didn’t need me to waste time proving it to them and im running around at work when im there
But my 2nd job is making me get doctors note, doctor doesn’t wanna clear for this job even tho I’ve already been working for 2 weeks now w no issue.
I have X-ray results and doctors comments, in a pdf- but she never gave me official doctors note. Anyway I can make this info satisfy my manager ?
Even google says im fine with the diagnosis she gave me but she referred me to a specialist instead I literally don’t have any issues w it other than the manager making me get it, so idk how long it will take
