does anyone else find it offensive that their expected to wait to do what they really want with their lives in their golden years

Personally I just find it offensive and depressing that we are expected to work until 65 put our personal time on hold for 5 days a week 50 weeks a year until we get social security I'm not against working but the work day should be at least 5 hours with paid Vacation in the USA
