Does anyone have a coworker that works so hard it actually makes them feel bad for not doing the same?

I know I shouldn't but I have exactly 1 coworker who genuinely makes me feel so guilty. We collect carts for a supermarket, and for the most part I've treated this job like an absolute joke. I've come in late, I've left early, I've gotten high on the job and even just sat down for an hour and just read a book. But I happen to have 1 coworker that I only see on Sundays, and when I see him he always tells me not to worry about sitting down, and he'd be a hypocrite for asking me to stop my break when he does the same thing. The problem is that even if he doesn't see it he most assuredly works a hundred times harder than me, and our “breaks” are not comparable. I've never felt bad about things like this before. I've never felt bad about things like this before. I've always felt that if my fellow coworkers are bothered by my laziness then they can simply be just as lazy. But this guy is actually just nice and genuine and I was just wondering if anyone else has encountered such a wholesome coworker before?
