Does anyone have a legitimate reason why trade wouldn’t work?

I’ve done research on why trade wouldn’t work and I think it’s all stupid, here’s how it went: (everything in “A” is my response) Q: trade wouldn’t work because items/products have intrinsic value whereas money is an agreed upon value that ideally has little to no value. Q: trade wouldn’t work because items/products have intrinsic value whereas money is an agreed upon value that ideally has little to no value.

A: while trading does have impactful effects to a point where an item traded may be hoarded because of importance of it to that particular person and money can be discarded easily with no attachment, it doesn’t disqualify us for a trading society because items that have intrinsic value to a person may not be traded, other offers can be made, and a person hoarding items is likely one of a few, money will still boast the same problems only with the product and not the money.

TL;DR – Hoarding is an issue that no one can solve no matter if we live by trade or by money, all products/items will have value regardless how the system is run

Just to save your time I can share the rest at request but not here any further
