I got in trouble today for taking too long of breaks. I was called into HR and some guy and one of my Union stewards were there. Apparently they investigated me between December 7-9th and found I was taking too long of breaks, and leaving the property without punching my badge or letting anyone know.
From the sounds of it and what went down today it doesnt sound the best. Its my first time getting in trouble and we’re Unionized I just am scared too lose this job… Ive had alot going on lately.
They ended the investigation thing because I got a little worked up with myself over it and I guess they want to finish it on another day. I am on paid leave until further notice… how screwed am I guys?
