Not a native English speaker so yeah.. the works..
I started a new job at the beginning of 2022 and I think that I made a mistake..
The company seemed really good, but now I find out that a lot of people have been quitting and I guess that was the reason that they were hiring in the first place (which they told me they were expanding btw).
Today the head manager was transferred to another position (TBD), apparently for personal reasons but his reaction to the news led me to believe otherwise.
I feel like everything is going to shit, I work on the service/installation engineer area of vey specific industry and I honestly don't know enough of the equipment to make it work, more than half the team is new and is in the same position as me or worse.
It's not been a long time since I'm here but I feel like I want to leave already, on top of that the salary its not great for my field and country.
I'm moving here in March (I commute) and made a great commitment to make this work but I don't think I want all this crap anymore.
Just wanted to vent a little, while a keep an eye on the hotline hoping that nothing breaks 🙂
