After reading this sub for months, I'm just baffled at how tyrannical US bosses can be. I'm from a South American country, poorer, we earn 1/5-1/8 of your salary, but many of the things I see in this sub, are unthinkable in any job I've ever been or heard. There are work laws, a national work inspection to enforce (some) work laws, and I don't know… bosses are less of a tyrant here (?)
Don't you have federal/state laws protecting you from all of these psychos? Thanks in advance, I love this sub.
