I worked at a pogo hell(iykyk) and i worked for a dude named nathaniel(not his real name but ill make it for reasons.) So nathaniel was a cool dude kind of,i use that loosely, cool, and he took into consideration alot of workers needs and stuff… so one day I was working and I got more irritated because I was on front end cashier and lupé ill use her name cuz why not. Was barking orders at me wanting me to go back and forth along with taking drive thru orders. Im one fckin guy. There was another employee named jose(not his real name) and dude wpuld only be taking breaks. Thats all he would literally do. I asked for help multiple times and all those time I was ignored. So the stress got to me and i rage quit the drive thru and was told to go home. I swear that place was shit. I had an accident at home and they still asked if I could come in. The audacity of jobs I swear. And my hours were taken away causing me to work one day a week. When i asked about it nathaniel goes “oh its because we dont have hours for people” really? Is that why everyone has hours except me? He then tried to say “we have new hires.” Again….really? Is that why ionly see the same 5 people from 9am to 5:30pm nathaniel? And a coworker of mine actually told me they were looking for dirt on me to fire me. Its in san bernardino near the freeway in case you all were wondering. And thurman merman is also a shitty boss he had favoritsm and was leanient on everyone except my old coworker and I. Im sure the rules are you cant be tight with someone from corporate but everyone sure was. Then there was another day before I quit, i was on drive thru AGAIN and when I was getting overwhelmed I said I need help if they want me so fast but I was ignored and a coworker goes whatbwas that? I repeated what I said which was “I said I needed help but I keep getting IGNORED!” She shut up and went back to cooking. Fck pogohell.
