Doubts about Streamlining Work with AI

So, I work in a very clerical position. A lot of paperwork, a lot of forms, a lot of reading/sorting/summarizing. I recognize all most all of this can be done by AI. This has been a barrier to my moving forwards with this project, as I don't want to have to tell my boss “I am not going to show you how to do it” if they ask me to. I want to be able to leverage my knowledge of the AI and make it work for me, not against me. What are y'alls opinions?
