Downloaded company data after giving 2 weeks – what to do?

Hi all, I gave my two weeks notice earlier and am joining another company (both consulting). I had downloaded quite a bit of data (mainly presentations and Excel sheets) cause there was good content in there I could use for my next role (i.e. ppt templates). I uploaded them to Google drive and downloaded them to my personal PC, but I got spooked immediately and deleted the contents. I was also allowed to download some of the files directly onto my personal PC, which I thought you as strange. However, I'm freaking out a little over the repercussions. They can see I downloaded the folders and there is a record of that, and am a little worried. There isn't any super confidential, just proposals and some deliverables, but I'm freaking out. Should I come clean or wait to see if they say anything?
