I work with kids, in a school setting for a program in the afternoon. The one issue I always face is dresscode, I tend to wear pants with holes. Nothing big or major. But before working this job, my pants majority is ripped. That’s just apart of my style.
Before my supervisor kind of gave up on telling me about my pants. Then, all of sudden I’m getting pressured to not wear ripped pants because it violates both my company and school district dress code.
I’d gladly wear anything that doesn’t have holes if they want to pay for my new wardrobe of pants. With what they pay me, it’s not enough to just get new pants. I haven’t gotten new clothes since 2 years.
Like bruh, I doubt my skin is a distraction to children I know they warned me I’ll get written up if I wear ripped pants again. At this point, idc, I’d rather they write me up, I can’t get more new regular pants. Is it a weird thing to be hung up on? Yea. Idc
