Due to some glitch in payroll my company did not send a paycheck to me and everyone else working at my location

Im in Texas if that helps. I’m not sure if this is the correct sub to post but pls let me know if there’s anywhere else I should go to. So I get paid every other Friday, but did not receive a check today. When bringing it up to my manager I’ve learned that due to some kind of glitch no one else was paid either and the company HR will not be sending our checks until Monday. Some of these bills were already late (I was really counting on this check today) so I will receive even heftier fines because of that. What can I do? I know I’ll be paid on Monday but is there someone in my state I can talk to about having these fees reimbursed or could they make the company reimburse me for them? Any help Is appreciated, I live paycheck to paycheck so this glitch messing up my bill schedule has really screwed me over.

EDIT: I received an email that said on Monday the company is also giving everyone an extra $50 to help “alleviate any inconvenience”. Not to be ungrateful but $50 isn’t going to go very far at all.
