Long story short, this company has been around for forever but its changed leadership numerous times. The latest leadership decided to move from Short hills, NJ to Jacksonville, FL. Now, out of the blue, every CA remote employee was giving an ultimatum. Either move to Jacksonville by sep 2022 (for less pay since the cost of living is less) or you are laid off as of July 15 and will be given your severance accordingly.
Please, if you know people who work for or with this company, share this info. This is just outrageous considering even my boss's boss and leadership who has been there over a decade is affected and being laid off.
Company loyalty has gone out the window. This is so unprofessional of them.
