When I started working at my current company ten years ago, I was averaging 55-60 hrs/wk, however, after not receiving a raise since 2019, I've decided to cut back to 30-35 hrs/wk and no one even notices. LOL. Gone are the days of making additional work for myself and being pro-active. I work remotely and run sales for this very small company, but am also heavily involved with Marketing and Operations.
