I got a €50 raise for my half year performance review. They do these every half year, and the maximum raise I could have gotten was €450.
They practically begged me to take up the job of overseeing and training in a customer service department, so I could train the new team when they arrive. It's extremely inconvenient for me travel wise, and I didn't want to do it as I loved the function I was doing at the moment, but I figured I'd win good faith and appreciation if I saved their asses so I took the assignment.
Two months in, I get a performance review telling me I didn't do enough self improvement over the last period, and my current team leader hasn't worked with me yet so they don't know me, and they got all of their talking points from third parties.
I feel fucking betrayed after all the personal sacrifices I made for this company. Without me, the new customer service department isn't getting trained. No one will know what the fuck to do and they'll lose a BILLION euro contract. Are they fucking stupid?
Sending my resume out TODAY. Fuck these people. Hell no. I'm out.
