I like to be early. Not required, but I do it anyway. I show up 15-30 minutes before I’m scheduled because our breaks and who gets to go home first depends on the order we arrive. I’m always one of the first people in, but I noticed my wages aren’t reflecting the hours I work. Is this my fault? Do they have to pay me even if I’m early?
