So, my mum works in an emergency department. They are heavily understaffed when it comes to ward clerks. Because of the intense work environment, new employees don’t last and current employees are overworked.
My mum has been wanting to resign because she can’t stand the phone calls at odd hours, hoping she can come into work. Well, that wouldn’t stop them calling resigned employees. she is still friends with them and they have have talked about the manager trying to call them even though they don’t work there. Now it doesn’t really matter if my mum resigned or not because she would still get the phone calls.
Ex employees are now blocking the numbers because the are sick and tired of the shit.
