They certainly seem so, despite having trouble getting and retaining employees. Nobody wants to work and all that. But despite that, they seem to still be treating their employees like crap. Isn't that counterproductive? Wouldn't you want to hold onto them, not constantly test them until they snap? I'm still in touch with some people from the job I was basically phased out of. I disclosed disability, they phased me out to just one day of work. Anyone, apparently boss is just doubling down on the a hole ness. I just don't get it.
