New owner tries to guilt trip me into staying after quitting, makes me want to stay even less

So I recently quit my job as a receptionist to work as a beauty consultant, and I had this really uncomfortable talk with one of the new owners on my last day. I was comfortable with the idea of helping them transition into being in the business since I know it can be stressful. I get into a conversation with one of the owners and state my final thoughts about working there, and I fully regret even having the time to talk to him. He starts the conversation off with the fact that it’s a stressful time for him and his wife, and that my timing of handing my resignation was a bit uncalled for. I was comfortable with the idea of helping them transition into being in the business since I know it can be stressful. He starts the conversation off with the fact that it’s a stressful time for him and his wife, and that my timing of handing my resignation was a bit uncalled for. Then he talks about how he’s trying to be a family man since he wants to spend more time with his kids but can’t due to his career circumstances. (they’re both home care nurses and business owners) I told him that I would try my best to see if my new job schedule allows me to be there part time, since I have other things going on in my personal life. He shows me his schedule and downplays my personal life just because I’m not like him in terms of current career. During this, he is also calling me privileged for being a child of immigrant parents since I never experienced growing up poor (even though I did ???) After doing so, he “asks” me to open up my Saturdays for him to help them transition into the business, though it was more of a demand. Again, I told him that I would see how my schedule looks like because I would rather prioritize my new job over this job. The more he persisted and downplayed me and my life, the less I wanted to stay.

I was willing to help stay as part time to help the new owners get comfortable with working at the company, but now I don’t even want to contact any of them about staying.
