I m working as tech support when user try to order something from procurement portal they call us and giude them to submit it sometime user cannot access the portal or outside the vpn network the only way to order something is by letting their anger do it on thier behalf
some times when user locked him self outon the network we need to call thier manger to conference them nd (part of the process) but some people are scared too and feel bad for the fact that they are involving thier managers
user called us she was angry because she locked her self out and we need to bring her manager to the call and she went crazy and asked me to transfer her to my manager because she think there is another way to do it rather than calling her manager
some times mangers want to purchase a company device or feature thier employees calling us on thiere behalf bugging us to expedite thier order so thier manager will not wait longer
am 20 yeears old am new to coreprate envrenment i dont feel good i just want to retire asap
i hate this mentality so much
shouldnt the mangers take care of thirr employees ?
