Hello everyone , i just want to tell you that i've just started working for a company that provides customer service for partners (hotels) and i've been searching for answers on the internet to understand bookingcom and how they work with their empolyees and i want tohave an idea from someoone who had this position and worked for booking , and im begging you guys to advise me on how to deal with this business i've just finished my training and i need to know what would happen with me if i did something wrong or if i did my job correctly
