employee keeps getting inappropriately talked to by customer almost everyday. Store managers say there is nothing they can do.

My wife asked me this question. “Hey what would you do if you were an employee that was being talked to, just about everyday, inappropriately by a female customer. He has gone to our store managers and they told him there's nothing they can do about it. This kid is uncomfortable and has told the woman to stop talking to him and she won't.” Other than going over the heads of the in store managers I am not sure of what else he can do. This is a grocery store. Explains why the customer is there almost every day.
