Employer changed PTO policy after I was hired without any warning

I took a new job last year that was a slight pay cut from my last job in exchange for “unlimited PTO”. Now several months into the job, we’re all told it’s now limited PTO…and it’s less PTO than I had at my last job. So now I have a job where I make less money and get less time off. What, if anything, can I reasonably do? I want to ask for a pay raise since they changed the terms of my compensation (I’ve always been told that PTO is a part of my compensation) without my agreement, but somehow I doubt I’ll get it since they’d likely need to do the same for everyone.

FWIW, I like everything else about the company…but this feels dirty.
