what kind of lawyer would you get for this?
My employer forged employees signatures, as well as trying to get them to contact clients to fudge their information in an illegal fudging of some monetary values, on top of other shady stuff loke not allowing managers to take lunch while not being salaried, threatening to fire if we refused to go along with the forged signatures, some company detrimental things as well as having wrong things happening with 4 employees taxes, 2 emplyees not getting their promissed raises because “they forgot”, 1 employee not receiveing their paycheck on time for no reason, etc etc….
Plase help me what kind of lawyer would we need and what can we do?
