I plan on bringing this up with the hr folks today. It's been 92+ days since I was hired. I was hired through a staffing agency, if that's relevant.
Im pretty sure we employ enough people that they are required to offer insurance as per the ACA. What information do I need to know when I speak with them today?
When the ACA was first passed, I worked for a company that had lost their provider. When I received my tax info for that year, they had noted that I was offered insurance during this period. I don't want to have to deal with that sort of situation again with this employer as I definitely DO want insurance.
