I had 3 interviews with this company and the Employer said she will call me and set up everything to move forward. She ghosted mem after reaching out twice via email. Nothing.. no response. I guess she changed her mind which is fine but she re posted the job. Would it be weird if I resent her my resume? Or reached out? This is actually a really good job and I don't want to let it go until I receive a rejection email. What should I say?
