Employer Indeed review manipulation

I was in a meeting at work recently (I work in healthcare in the UK) and they were discussing the overwhelming amount of negative reviews they've received from anonymous employees on there. Both plans are morally corrupt, but I don't think illegal. Plus, the negative reviews are extremely valid and should be seen by anyone trying to apply to the hellhole.

Does anyone know of anything that can be done to stop them creating “new” companies? Or to ensure their review aren't deleted? I can't stand the idea of them manipulating the rating system and just ignoring the issues.
