i had a job interview to be a server today and the person giving me an interview stated they would love to hire me.
they then went on to explain the training policy, they stated that i will be given a quiz on the menu (ok no problem i’ve done this before) and the quiz would be broken up into 4 quizzes.
one quiz per week must be passed to complete the training period.
so theoretically if you pass every quiz first time every week it will be 4 weeks until you start making tips.
they asked me if i was ok with that and i said “absolutely not” and thanked them for their time and left.
